Vivo has launched the Vivo T5 Lite 44W 5G in India, expanding its T-series lineup with a feature-rich smartphone for the budget and mid-range segment. Starting at Rs 19,999, the device targets students, first-time 5G buyers, and everyday users who want reliable performance, long battery life, and AI-powered features at an affordable price.
The smartphone runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 5G chipset and packs a 6,500mAh battery with 44W FlashCharge support. Vivo also includes a 50MP Sony rear camera, a 120Hz display, IP65 dust and water resistance, military-grade durability, and OriginOS 6 based on Android 16. These features make the Vivo T5 Lite 44W 5G a strong contender in the sub-Rs 25,000 smartphone segment.

Vivo offers the Vivo T5 Lite 44W 5G in Twilight Shadow and Wave Blue colour options. The 4GB + 128GB variant costs Rs 19,999, while the 6GB + 128GB model is priced at Rs 21,999. Buyers can purchase the 6GB + 256GB variant for Rs 24,999.
Vivo will start selling the smartphone in India on July 22 through Flipkart, the Vivo India e-store, and authorized offline retail stores.
As part of the launch offers, customers who use HDFC Bank, SBI Bank, or Axis Bank cards can get an instant discount of Rs 1,500. Vivo also provides a three-month no-cost EMI option for eligible purchases on launch day.

The 6,500mAh battery stands out as one of the biggest highlights of the Vivo T5 Lite 44W 5G. It supports 44W FlashCharge technology, and Vivo says the battery can maintain its performance for up to five years under normal usage.
The smartphone features a 6.74-inch HD+ LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate, delivering smoother scrolling, gaming, and animations. The screen also reaches 1,200 nits peak brightness, making outdoor viewing more comfortable.
Vivo strengthens the phone’s durability with an IP65 rating, SGS triple anti-drop certification, and military-grade durability. These protections help the device handle accidental drops, dust, splashes, and everyday wear with greater confidence.

The MediaTek Dimensity 6300 5G processor powers the Vivo T5 Lite 44W 5G, while OriginOS 6 based on Android 16 delivers the software experience. Vivo equips the smartphone with AI-powered tools such as AI Captions, AI Transcript Assist, AI Screen Translation, vivo DocMaster, and Google Gemini integration to improve productivity and everyday convenience.
For photography, Vivo pairs a 50MP Sony IMX852 primary camera with AI imaging features that enhance photos in different lighting conditions. A 5MP front camera handles selfies and video calls.
Vivo manufactures the Vivo T5 Lite 44W 5G at its Greater Noida facility under the Make in India initiative, highlighting the company’s continued investment in local manufacturing.
