These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "User," or "you") and TechBricx IT Solutions ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using our website at www.techbricx.com, engaging our services through any channel, or entering into any service agreement with TechBricx IT Solutions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each engagement are defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement signed by both parties.

Intellectual property rights are governed as follows:
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of all proprietary, business, technical, and commercial information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement. TechBricx employees and contractors are bound by confidentiality agreements. Where required, TechBricx is willing to execute a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before project commencement.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. Prior to initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt good-faith mediation for a minimum of 30 days to resolve any disputes amicably.
TechBricx reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. For existing service agreements, material changes to Terms will be communicated with 30 days' notice. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
