Is internet connectivity required for desktop signing?
No. Our desktop signing solution supports fully offline signing, making it suitable for air-gapped environments, factory floors, and locations with unreliable internet. The digital signature is embedded in the PDF using the DSC token's private key, which never leaves the token. Connectivity is only required if you use optional features like timestamp server integration or cloud document storage.
How does your solution integrate with SAP B1 or other ERPs?
We provide pre-built integration connectors for SAP Business One, Tally, Microsoft Dynamics, and Odoo ERP. Documents like invoices, purchase orders, and delivery notes can be directly fetched from the ERP, signed digitally, and pushed back to the ERP or shared via email — all in a single workflow. Custom API-based integrations are also available for other systems.
Is the digital signature on documents legally valid in India?
Yes. Documents signed using a valid DSC issued by a licensed Certifying Authority under the IT Act 2000 and Information Technology (Certifying Authorities) Rules 2000 are legally valid and admissible as evidence in Indian courts. The digital signature provides signer authentication, document integrity, and non-repudiation — equivalent to a handwritten signature for legally binding documents.

Our desktop signing application supports Windows 7, 8, 10, and 11 (both 32-bit and 64-bit). It requires .NET Framework 4.5 or above, which is pre-installed on most modern Windows systems. We do not currently support macOS or Linux for the desktop signing application, but our web-based signing solution works on all operating systems and browsers.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "User," or "you") and TechBricx IT Solutions ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website at www.techbricx.com, engaging our services through any channel, or entering into any service agreement with TechBricx IT Solutions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.

2. Services Provided

TechBricx IT Solutions provides the following categories of professional services:

The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each engagement are defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement signed by both parties.

3. Client Obligations

To enable successful service delivery, the Client agrees to:

Provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for service delivery
Appoint a dedicated point of contact for project communication and decision-making
Review and provide feedback on deliverables within the agreed timeframe
Make payments in accordance with the agreed payment schedule
Ensure that all content, data, and materials provided to TechBricx are legally owned or licensed by the Client
Not engage TechBricx resources directly for personal or freelance work outside of the agreed contract

4. Payment Terms

Invoicing: Invoices are issued as per the agreed payment milestones defined in the SOW.
Payment Due: All invoices are due within 15 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late Payment: Overdue invoices attract an interest charge of 1.5% per month on the outstanding amount.
Taxes: All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST/VAT), which will be added to invoices as required by law.
Suspension: TechBricx reserves the right to suspend services for accounts with invoices overdue beyond 30 days.
Refunds: Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to work completed up to the date of termination.

5. Intellectual Property

Intellectual property rights are governed as follows:

Client Materials: All content, data, trademarks, and materials provided by the Client remain the exclusive property of the Client.
Deliverables: Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of custom deliverables (designs, code, content) created specifically for the Client is transferred to the Client.
TechBricx IP: Pre-existing TechBricx frameworks, tools, libraries, and methodologies remain the property of TechBricx. A non-exclusive license is granted for use within the delivered project.
Portfolio Rights: TechBricx reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless the Client requests confidentiality in writing.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of all proprietary, business, technical, and commercial information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement. TechBricx employees and contractors are bound by confidentiality agreements. Where required, TechBricx is willing to execute a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before project commencement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

TechBricx's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client in the 3 months preceding the claim.
TechBricx is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages including loss of profits or data.
TechBricx is not responsible for delays caused by the Client's failure to provide required information, approvals, or access.
TechBricx is not liable for third-party service failures (hosting providers, payment gateways, ERP vendors) beyond our control.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement under the following conditions:

By Client: 30 days written notice. Client is liable for all work completed and expenses incurred up to the termination date.
By TechBricx: 30 days written notice, or immediately in cases of non-payment, material breach, or abusive conduct.
For Cause: Either party may terminate immediately upon material breach that remains uncured 15 days after written notice.
Post-Termination: All outstanding invoices become immediately due. TechBricx will deliver all completed work upon receipt of final payment.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. Prior to initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt good-faith mediation for a minimum of 30 days to resolve any disputes amicably.

10. Amendments

TechBricx reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. For existing service agreements, material changes to Terms will be communicated with 30 days' notice. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
