What SuTan covers
SuTan is a digital signature platform built around two distinct products rather than one generic tool: SuTan Desktop, a Windows application for individual users who need to sign documents directly, and the OP Signing Utility, a server-side signing service that integrates into ERP and business systems so documents get signed automatically as part of an existing workflow, not as a separate manual step.
We implement and integrate SuTan for businesses that need legally valid digital signatures connected to their actual finance, tax or approval processes — most commonly alongside an ERP rollout, since that's where repetitive, high-volume document signing (invoices, purchase orders, tax filings) tends to live.
SuTan Desktop — for individual signing
A native Windows 10/11 application, distributed and verified through the Microsoft Store, built for straightforward document signing by an individual user — finance staff signing invoices, a manager approving documents, anyone who needs to sign PDFs directly without going through a server integration. It works offline once installed, updates automatically through the Microsoft Store, and doesn't require any ERP connection to use.
OP Signing Utility — for ERP & system integration
The server-side component — what we'd point to as the "web/integration" version of SuTan — runs as a local REST API (on your own server, port 7070) that ERP and business systems call directly to sign documents programmatically. It supports PFX certificates, runs on both Windows 64-bit and Linux 64-bit, and is built specifically so signing data never leaves your own server during the process.
It's designed to plug into common ERP platforms — SAP, Oracle ERP Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Business Central, Tally Prime/ERP 9, Zoho Books/CRM, Odoo, NetSuite — as well as custom-built ERP systems via its API.
Security & compliance
Our implementation process
Requirement review
Which signing workflow you actually need — individual desktop signing, ERP-integrated automated signing, or both.
Platform setup
SuTan Desktop rolled out to individual users, or the OP Signing Utility installed on your server.
ERP integration
For the server-side route, connected to your specific ERP (SAP, Tally, Odoo, Dynamics, or a custom system) via its REST API.
Certificate configuration
PFX certificates and signing credentials configured correctly for legal validity.
Testing & handover
Signing flow tested end to end before go-live, with documentation for your team.
Who this is for
Businesses running finance, tax or approval workflows that currently depend on manual, physical or ad-hoc digital signing, especially alongside an ERP system where invoices, purchase orders or filings need a legally valid signature as part of an automated process. Also useful standalone, if you just need a reliable desktop signing app for individual staff.
Engagement & pricing
Priced based on which component you need — desktop licensing for individual users, or implementation and integration of the server-side signing utility into your ERP. We'll scope this together with you once we understand your actual signing volume and which systems it needs to connect to.
