RailOne App Launched on CRIS’s 40th Anniversary: A One-Stop Solution for Railway Passengers
Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw marked the 40th anniversary of the Centre for Railway Information Systems (CRIS) in Delhi by launching the RailOne mobile app. Designed as a one-stop solution for rail travelers, the app allows users to book platform tickets and reserved and unreserved train tickets, along with access to several other key services.
With RailOne, there’s no need to use the IRCTC Rail Connect or UTS apps, as it combines all their features into a single platform. Moreover, RailOne offers additional capabilities not available in either of those apps, making it a more powerful and convenient option for railway passengers.
RailOne will provide users with 9 essential functions that make railway travel easier and more convenient.

RailOne App Introduces Single Sign-On for Seamless Access
One of the standout features of the RailOne App is its single sign-on (SSO) functionality. With this feature, users no longer need to remember multiple passwords. After downloading the RailOne app, they can simply log in using their existing Rail Connect or UTS app credentials. This not only makes access easier but also helps save device storage by eliminating the need to install and manage multiple railway apps.
RailOne App Offers E-Wallet, Biometric Login & Easy Registration
The RailOne App now supports the use of a railway e-wallet for faster and more secure payments. It also includes modern security features like biometric login and mPIN access for added convenience. New users can register quickly with minimal information, making the onboarding process fast and simple. Additionally, a guest login option is available, allowing users to log in using just their mobile number and OTP for basic enquiries or services.
