Sales Executive (Real Estate)
Experience Required: 4 to 10 years in sales, preferably in land sales
Salary Range: 4 LPA to 8.5 LPA Job Description: As a senior sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing sales activities within the land sector. Your primary focus will be on driving revenue growth, managing sales teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the sales process in the real estate industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives in the land sector.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalise on them.
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives.
- Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance and market conditions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal and regulatory requirements.
- Mentor and coach sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of 5 to 8 years in sales, with experience in land sales highly desirable.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to think strategically and problem-solve effectively. 6. Results-orientated with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations is a plus.
